Make your meal
for a future without HIV.

On May 1, we are Dining With Friends™ a little differently...

Each year, people around Greensboro gather together to feast on homemade food and connection to support THP’s work to end HIV in Guilford County. This year, instead of inviting friends over to your home, we invite you to order from a local restaurant and invite your friends to pickup the food you purchase to eat in the safety of their own homes. In turn, we’ll provide some entertainment! on May 1, 2020 we’ll stream a special Facebook Live with local musicians, talent and community members. Invite your guests to tune in and watch via a Facebook Watch party—we’ll tell you how!

About Dining for Friends™, a year-round opportunity for supporters to help raise funds and awareness to fight against HIV.

In 1990, a group of caring individuals who were losing friends and loved ones to the HIV epidemic introduced Dining for Friends as a philanthropic path to provide support and care for people in the community impacted by HIV. Since that time, Piedmont Triad residents have continued to come together each year for Dining for Friends, with volunteer hosts welcoming their guests for a party or other event in exchange for a donation to Triad Health Project. Dining for Friends events are everything from backyard barbecues to themed dinner parties. Be it cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or a church fish fry meal, compassion, love and the spirit of friendship are all it takes to make a difference for people in our community living with HIV.
