our mission

Triad Health Project (THP) provides emotional and practical support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, to their loved ones, and to those at risk for HIV/AIDS; implements strategies to educate those at risk and the community about HIV/AIDS; and advocates locally, regionally, and nationally for individuals and groups infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

We will stand together for as long as it takes until HIV/AIDS is no more and work together to promote enlightenment, dignity, acceptance, understanding, and love; demonstrating that we are not only enduring this epidemic, but also prevailing over it.

Our professional staff and trained volunteers understand the unique needs of people affected by HIV/AIDS. They are dedicated to providing support in an environment of compassion, hope and understanding.

	THP maintains a variety of programs offered through the work of motivated professionals and volunteers. Our programs focus on three major areas: Client Services, Prevention, and Volunteer Services.

Triad Health Project receives individual and corporate contributions, federal and state grants, and funding from local governments. THP is a member agency of the United Way of Greater Greensboro and the United Way of Greater High Point. All services are offered free of charge.
